Danny encourages performers to be 'brilliant at the basics' (to paraphrase Vince Lombardi). Develop understanding of what the basics are, and what they feel and look like, then learn how to become brilliant at them.
Those optimum movement patterns are best supported by effective preparation, focus, fluency, economy and consistent timing.
However, no single coach is the best match for every single athlete. Danny is always happy to recommend other coaches where appropriate.

Danny is an ArcheryGB Coach Developer, and Regional Coaching Organiser for NCAS - Northern Counties Archery Society (home to over 400 licensed coaches).
He maintains contacts with coaches in several other Olympic sports to continually develop his approach to vibrant coach education.
Under his leadership, the NCAS Coaching Group was awarded the ArcheryGB Toxophilus Trophy in 2021.
Danny donates a proportion of his coaching income to Endometriosis UK, a charity which provides vital support services, reliable information and a community to those affected by endometriosis.
